The library with the help of the Wapello County Children's Alliance will be handing out bags that include crafts, activities and a book to keep! Please enter the parking lot from the 4th street entrance, and pop your trunk or open a back window so staff can safely hand off your treat bag. No registration required, activity bags are available while supplies last.
